We've built out a new Community Returns Portal to streamline the processes and make sure you get the best use out of your Delfina order 😊

From there you will be able to select your order that you would like to return and our team will process this quickly and be in contact with a Returned Label or details on how to post the item to us.
To get into the Portal you will be emailed a One Time Password, please check your junk if you did not receive this.
- All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached including hygiene seal. We will not accept tampered or worn returns. If the item does not meet expectations, we will email to notify.
- All returns must be returned within 30 days of purchasing.
- Please note we do not accept custom/Club Shop returns (club items with printed logos, etc.)
- Customers are liable for shipping costs for returns.
