What are you 3 most important values and why?
Integrity - I heard this what and it really resonated with me “The right thing to do it always the right thing to do” when ever I’m unsure about what to do I think about this what to help me make the right decision.
Giving your best - Its important not to compare where you are on your journey to someone else who’s on a completely different journey. ITS HARD and we all fall victim to this something but Its a constant process on just focusing on your self and what you need to do to get where you need to go.
Being Kind - Treat everyone with respect, something so simple but can have a huge impact with the people you’re dealing with and the way they deal with you.
Whats your mantra?
People are the most important part of life, surround your self with highly driven, passionate, positive people and you can achieve anything.
Whats your mental health tip?
- Take a break and do something that relaxes you like hang out with good positive people
- Put things into perspective, When ever I get stressed out my coach always brings me back to perspective.
- Be open and comfortable talking about your mental health with your friend and family. Sometimes just getting things off your chest can make a world of difference.

- passion - get excited about life and what you do
- commitment (actions speak louder)
I can sit here and say words but it will be through my behaviours my true colours are shown. If I say I am going to do something, I will work my butt off to make it happen.
- inquisitive/curious - I never want to stop meeting new people, learning, experiencing and being interested. I am fascinated by what makes others tick
Whats your mantra?
be a YES girl, it puts me in uncomfortable situations which is good for me. If I don’t want to do something, that is usually when I know I need to step up and take on the challenge and get outside my head which is telling me ‘no’.

they have got to make you feel jazzed up!
Be mindful of how others make you feel when you are with them.
2) ALWAYS do at least one thing everyday for pure FUN - for me that is surfing or skateboarding. It gets me out of my head and I feel like a carefree kid again.
What does being a good human mean to you?
- having good intentions
- owning my mistakes / learning from them
- do good without the expectation of anything in return
- making the right choices for me personally so I am at my best, only then can I show up for those around me.

Authenticity
- I think often people get caught up in portraying an image that is what they believe people want to see, however I believe the most inspiring image to portray is one that’s open, honest and relatable!
Open Mindedness / spontaneity
- Keeping an open mind and being spontaneous allows you to continuously learn new things and undertake new experiences
Staying humble
- It’s important to stay humble, because as soon as confidence turns into cockiness you become comfortable, limiting yourself and your capabilities

We live on a literal floating rock so take risks and pursue what makes you happy - life is really not as serious as everyone makes it out to be :)

Learn to speak positively about yourself and others because the energy you put out is the energy you attract!

Leaving a positive impact on those around you by treating them with kindness and honesty, and being genuinely happy for peoples successes no matter how big or small

What are your 3 most important values and why?
- Family. My family is everything!! I don’t get to see them much as I am on the road most of the year but they are my biggest supporters and always keep me grounded.
- Integrity. Being honest and making sure my actions reflect my values and doing the right thing regardless of the circumstances.
- Passion. Always being passionate about everything I do! Whether it’s my tennis, other hobbies, even when spending time with my friends and family, I make sure I’m always 100% invested and making most of the opportunity.

A negative mind will never give you a positive life! I always try to surround myself with positive people and positive energy! I try to distance myself from negative thoughts by making a conscious choice to let them go and fill my mind with positivity instead!

Write down a few things you are grateful for every morning! I find this helps keeps things in perspective for me and I start the day feeling positive vibes!

- Doing things for others without expecting anything in return.

- honesty. When I meet someone I want to meet the real version of them, the good the bad and the ugly. Like they say “honesty has a power that very few people can handle”
- open mindedness. Willingness to chase curiosity and listen, learn to grow as humans.
- Being present. Living in the now and enjoying where I am, who I am with, what I am doing and focusing on the ’now’.

Focus on what you can control. For me seeking nature, moving my body, nourishing with good food, creating a sleep routine and surrounding myself with people who ‘get me’ all work together to allow me to be the best version of me; as an athlete, a daughter, sister, friend and human.
What does being a good human mean to you?
A good human is trying their best. Who leads with good intentions and wakes up everyday ready to learn, listen and grow.
There is no competition to be the best good human, just with yourself to be you’re best you.

What are your 3 most important values and why?
The words that resonate with me the most are acceptance, presence and fearlessness.
- Acceptance
Acceptance to me is when you have been dealt a difficult situation and you can tackle it head on with a smile. Accepting things when times are challenging isn't an easy task but thats why I think it's a superpower.
-Presence
Don't be concerned with what was and what will be. Presence is as simple as taking a deep breath and following it down into your chest.
-Fearlessness
The happiest people I know don't fear a challenge, they seek it. Being fearless can sometimes be mixed up with stupidity, but I believe if you're present you'll understand the difference between a stupid decision and smart decision.

-Do something that you love doing and be very present in doing so. For me this is getting outside, heading to the beach and ensuring I am off my phone.
-Don't be afraid to speak out if you are struggling. Vulnerability is a sign of courage and strength.

-Taking the time to listen and understand another's point of view.
-Being self-aware of your thoughts and actions in order to better yourself as a person.

- Authenticity/being authentic because there’s only one of you in this world, everyone is born different and unique and has something unique to bring into this world.
- Open Minded because the more open we are to learning about new things or different ways of living or differences in people etc. the more we learn, grow and evolve and I think there is so much beauty in that!
- Gratitude because what you focus on, expands.

There’s no limit on what’s possible for us to achieve, so dream big and never give up.

Become aware of the words and thoughts that are in your head, our inner voice is what creates our external reality, so listen and start implementing more positive words and thoughts in lace of the negative ones if thats what you're experiencing. It may take some time, but practice, practice, practice and soon it will become a habit.

- Living without judgement of yourself and others.
- Always doing my best to spread as much happiness, positivity, love and good energy as I can.
