Two workshops. Pick where to start.

We offer two distinct workshops, each available as a 60-minute or 90-minute session. Most clubs start with Workshop 1 — it reframes how athletes think about mental health. Workshop 2 builds on that with the practical daily habits that elite performers use.

Our recommendation: book Feeling Good is a Practice first as a pre-season or culture-building session. Come back with The 1% Good Club to embed the daily habits. Or take both back-to-back as a Full Immersion half-day.

A few things clubs usually ask before booking a session for their team.

We're flexible! Our workshops can be sized to suit your needs, whether you're a school, corporate team, sporting club, or event — from a small group right through to a large-scale gathering. Our info pack includes a handy guide with options for up to 100 attendees, 100–200, and 200+.

Honestly? We'd love to work with your whole organisation, school, or team. If you're interested in booking multiple workshops, get in touch and we'll happily work out a package deal that suits you.
We'll send you a pre-workshop checklist before every booking so you're not caught off guard. Here's what we generally need:
  • A projector or TV with an HDMI connection
  • A pen
  • We arrive 30 minutes early to set up
Don't have everything on the list? No stress — just let us know and we'll do our best to work something out. We're very flexible and want the day to run smoothly for you.
We recommend reaching out as early as you can, but don't worry if your preferred date is coming up — we'll always do our best to make it work! Our booking form includes a section where you can share a preferred date, a date range, a month, or even just a school term, and we'll get back to you with our availability.
Yes — we travel anywhere in Australia! For one-off in-person sessions in regional or remote areas, we charge a small travel fee to cover costs. But if you book multiple sessions, the travel fee is waived entirely. Get in touch and we'll work out the details for your location.
Life happens — we totally understand. You're welcome to reschedule up to two weeks before your session at no cost. If you need to cancel within two weeks of your booking date, a 50% cancellation fee applies. We'll always do our best to work with you if something unexpected comes up.
